Arzu Guney

Arzu began her career in the telecommunications sector, specializing in CRM systems and marketing. After earning her master’s degree in marketing, she successfully led customer loyalty and retention initiatives as a Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, she developed and implemented strategic campaigns focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also delivering system and product training as an instructor.

With her passion for innovation, Arzu transitioned into digital project management, where she played a key role in supporting the growth and development of startups, leveraging her expertise in SEO and digital marketing. Her interest in technology led her further into software development, initially focusing on databases and utilizing emerging technologies to optimize data management.

Today, she spearheads mobile and web application development, continuously innovating solutions to improve user experience and performance. She shares her technical expertise and career journey through blog posts and serves as an evangelist and mentor in the Women Coding Community, dedicated to advancing the role of women in technology.
