Dian Qu

Dian is an entrepreneur and community builder with a passion for women’s empowerment. With experience working in startups and investment funds in Asia and Europe, she has developed a strong foundation in early-stage ventures, business development, and community engagement. Dian also founded a community of Chinese women living abroad, organizing events to foster connection and growth. At VisionAriser, she is excited to use her skills to build a supportive and empowering platform that helps women visualize and achieve their dreams.

From a young age, I’ve always believed in the power of dreams—especially for women seeking to find their voice and path in a world that often tries to define us. My journey across China, Singapore, the US, and France exposed me to the many forms of gender inequality, sparking a deep commitment to women’s empowerment. I channelled this passion into creating a women only community, a safe space where we share stories, support one another, and build each other up. 

When Rajani introduced me to VisionAriser, it felt like a natural extension of this work—a way to take our mission to a global stage, where more women can visualize and manifest their dreams. VisionAriser isn’t just a tool; it’s a powerful platform that fosters connection, self-belief, and action. I’m incredibly excited to join a team of like-minded women and contribute my experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and community building to help VisionAriser empower women around the world.
